About Amelia
Amelia is responsible for managing and developing IFM Investors’ human resources, and ensuring the firm’s culture remains true to its heritage as well as investor expectations.
Amelia has more than 20 years of human resources experience, working for global institutions both in Australia and internationally. Previous employers have included NSW Treasury Corporation, RBS, ABN AMRO, PwC and Macquarie Bank, as well as state and federal government commercially operated agencies. Responsibilities have included the provision of strategic and operational direction on organisational design, reward, talent management, global mobility, new jurisdiction establishment, mergers and acquisitions, and organisation change management programs.
