About Deborah
Deborah is a Non-Executive Director, Advisor and Consultant.
Deborah is Chair of the Tiverton Agriculture Impact Fund, a Non-Executive Director of the Bank of Queensland where she serves on several Committees, and a member of the Synthesis Capital Interim Strategic Advisory Board. Her more than 30-year consulting and advisory career spans a wide range of industries including Financial Services, Energy and Resources, Industrials, Property, Infrastructure and Regulated Utilities, both in Australia and internationally. As Managing Director and founding partner of JMW Consultants (Asia Pacific), her corporate support includes strategic advice, organisational transformation, leadership transition and development for CEOs/senior executives, and building synergies between strategy, culture and performance.
Earlier in her career, Deborah worked as a consultant and advisor to a number of Australian Federal and State Government Ministers.
Deborah is Chair of the IFM Board Responsible Investment and Sustainability Committee and Chair of the Board Audit and Risk Committee.
