About Rachel
Rachel is responsible for the origination, analysis, structure and execution of fund investments, along with the ongoing management of portfolio assets.
Rachel joined the Infrastructure team from IFM Investors’ Commercial team, where she was responsible for the commercial guidance and advice on strategic decisions related to key infrastructure transactions across a broad range of sectors in North America, including the acquisitions of Switch Inc., GCT Global Container Terminals, Enwave Energy, and GreenGasUSA and the creation of Mobius Renewables, as well as related co-investment processes, joint venture arrangements, refinancings, earn-out structures, and regulatory approvals. Prior to joining IFM, Rachel was a Senior Associate at Milbank LLP.
