Video: Slowing growth sparks recession concerns - Alex Joiner
IFM’s Chief Economist, Alex Joiner, features in our Monthly Economic Update video discussing recent key developments in economies and markets globally.
In this edition, Alex discusses how the US and Australian economies are responding to aggressive monetary policy tightening and whether a global recession is looming. He also touches on financial market implications, notably the relatively good performance of unlisted infrastructure and property assets in recent months as they are perceived as inflation hedges.
