Asset priorities

Praeco Pty Ltd operates and maintains the purpose-built Defence Headquarters Joint Operations Command in Bungendore, NSW, approximately 20km east of Canberra. It provides the Australian Defence Force with a fully integrated command and control headquarters. (Defence has responsibility for the procurement, installation and maintenance of the command, control, communications, computing and intelligence systems for the facility.)

The facility operates under a 30-year concession from the Australian Federal Government to 2028. The facility is also notable because it marked the Australian Government's first large-scale Public Private Partnership (PPP).
