Asset details

Perth Airport is the fourth busiest airport in Australia in terms of passenger traffic, and operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the year. It is operated under a 50-year lease from the Australian Federal Government from 1997, with an option to extend for a further 49 years.

Perth Airport is well located on the southwest coast of Australia to serve South-East Asia, Europe and Africa.
