Being the first to execute in a new sector can come with significant first-mover advantages, and such advantages can persist for many years, avoiding the need to compete in more crowded markets for more conventional credit arrangements.
Fortunately, we have a highly skilled and experienced team: asking well-structured and informed questions when assessing risk. And when we recruit, we place emphasis on people who can expand our team’s sectoral knowledge, rather than building a team that specialises in any one industry.
The approach we take is, if we see value in an opportunity, we will do our best to find a way to execute the deal.
