Lucas is responsible for the assessment of potential investment opportunities, financial analysis, M&A execution, due diligence, and the ongoing management of portfolio companies.
Prior to joining IFM, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he worked primarily in their private equity practice. His experience includes M&A due diligence, strategy and transformation across a range of industries.
