William Jackson is a former private capital CEO who has a broad range of board experience, from chairing portfolio companies and serving non-executive roles across commercial and non-for-profit organisations.
He has held a range of non-executive positions at FTSE-listed companies and portfolio businesses. He currently serves as Chair of the Lawn Tennis Association, the national governing body for tennis in the UK, and Senior Independent Director of The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, and has previously served as Chair of Pret A Manger, Non-Executive Director of Berkeley Group plc, and Chair of Wellington College Education.
William was the founder of the Bridgepoint Group, which under his leadership became a leading institutional alternative investment firm listed on the London Stock Exchange. Over two decades, he led the firm’s expansion to 14 offices globally.
William’s other previous roles include serving as President of the Board of MotoGP and as Senior Independent Director of British Land plc.
