When it comes to value creation, we apply an approach we describe as aligning the ‘heart, head and feet’.

This is designed to drive results by engaging all employees, focusing efforts on what makes a difference and driving action.

We start with the ‘heart’, the company’s purpose and culture because this sets the ‘heartbeat’ for value creation. Leadership and strategy are what we describe as the ‘head’; the decision-making and direction setting of the business. Ultimately, we get the ‘feet’ moving by converting ideas into action and organisations that are continuously improving.

David is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating new private equity investments, managing existing investments, as well as fundraising. David has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, consulting and business leadership roles. He joined IFM Investors from Bain Capital, where he was an Operating Partner with responsibility for investments in MYOB, Retail Zoo and Camp Australia.
