Timothy May

Tim is an Investment Director within IFM Investors' Infrastructure team, joining in 2011.  He is responsible for the origination and execution of infrastructure investments, along with the ongoing management of assets.

Tim currently serves as a Director on the boards of Southern Cross Station, Defence HQ, Perth CBD Courts, Axiom Education and Curtin University Student Accommodation and serves as an Alternate Director of Melbourne Airport.

In addition to serving on the boards of key infrastructure assets, Tim is focused on IFM’s transaction efforts in the Defence, transport, social infrastructure sectors and IFM’s joint efforts with AMPOL and GrainCorp to develop a low carbon liquid fuels industry in Australia.

Before he joined IFM Investors, Tim worked within KPMG's Infrastructure and Projects Group, where he advised clients on major Australian infrastructure projects and served as a Combat Engineer Officer within the Australian Army Reserves.
