150 Elizabeth is part of a proposed mixed-use development to revitalise Brisbane CBD’s historic Wintergarden precinct, reimagining it as a vibrant, connected destination that brings together work, life and play. Plans for the precinct offer a curated mix of experiences integrated into a dynamic urban setting.

Part of this vision is the refurbishment of the iconic Seidler-designed hotel and the reactivation of the heritage-listed Regent Theatre.
