2 Riverside Quay

2 Riverside Quay is a 12-level A Grade office building in Melbourne’s Southbank, set on the banks of the Yarra River and designed by Fender Katsalidis. Completed in 2016, the building rises elegantly above an existing eight-level car park, which was transformed at street level with a striking public art commission to enhance the Riverside Quay experience. It is a key addition to Southbank which continue to grow, as one of Melbourne’s most densely populated suburbs, with 18,000 residents and 45,000 workers¹.

Sustainability is central to 2 Riverside Quay’s design, with features including high-performance glazing, energy-efficient air conditioning, and rainwater capture and recycling systems. These initiatives have helped the building achieve a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating, reinforcing its commitment to performance, comfort and environmental responsibility. It further features 125 square metres of ground floor retail and modern end-of-trip facilities, offering a premium workspace just moments from the CBD.
