GRESB (formerly The Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) collect, validate, score, and independently benchmark ESG data to provide business intelligence, engagement tools, and regulatory reporting solutions for investors, asset managers, and the wider industry. UN PRI refers to the principles for responsible investment, which is a United Nations-supported international network of investors working together to implement six aspirational principles which define what a responsible investment approach requires.
