Strategically connected super prime industrial estate
22 Melbourne Drive is a 25.5ha site located in Melbourne’s west and will feature a new purpose-built facility for tenant partner Manheim, a global automotive auction and remarketing operator.
The estate will include a 20,209sqm warehouse facility in addition to approximately 200,000sqm of site improvements including open-air and hail-netted vehicle storage to support large-scale vehicle auctions and automotive remarketing activities.
The project is targeting a 5-Star Green Star Buildings rating and As-Built Certification, with sustainability considerations embedded into the design and delivery approach.
Construction commenced in early 2026 and is anticipated to complete in Q2 2027.
