About Andy
Andy has over 20 years of experience in investments, funds management, transactions and property valuations. Prior to joining IFM Investors in 2024, Andy was a Mandate Manager at ISPT leading accounts with Hostplus, UniSuper and Australian Retirement Trust. Prior to ISPT, Andy was the Head of Portfolio Management (including Transactions) at ARA Australia and was responsible for deployment, ongoing investment management and realisation of numerous funds, including ARA’s residential development fund, value add mandate and core plus mandate.
Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in business (Property) and a post graduate diploma in Applied Finance.
