About Bradley
Bradley Speers is Head of Strategic Research, Real Estate, at IFM Investors. His team uses data-driven insights to inform real estate investment strategy, focussing on identifying investment opportunities and risks inherent in economic cycles and long-term structural changes. A key part of the role comprises generating Market House View forecasts.
Prior to joining IFM Investors, Bradley has held the roles of Head of Strategic Research at ISPT and Head of Research at CBRE Australia. At CBRE, Bradley was awarded promotion to the position in 2018 following four years within the CBRE research team. In this role Bradley led a team of up to 20, supporting CBRE’s many business lines by generating property market insights.
Prior to working at CBRE, Bradley was an Investment Analyst at Brookfield, sitting within the property team centred around asset management, acquisitions / disposals and developments.
Before the Sydney-based roles at CBRE and Brookfield, Bradley spent eight years in London with over five years working at IPD (Investment Property Databank, now part of MSCI). Roles at IPD evolved, starting with property portfolio analysis and culminating as an analyst of European wholesale property funds and European REITs. Following IPD, Bradley was employed at Knight Frank Investment Management, providing analytical support to investment managers allocating third-party capital into European wholesale property funds.
Bradley holds a Bachelor of Business (Property, specialising in valuations) RMIT University and a Master of Economics (Financial Economics) from Macquarie University.
