About Craig
Craig has over 30 years of experience in Leasing and Asset Management across Australia, with a strong focus on the CBD office sector. He joined IFM Investors in 2024 as National Leasing Manager for the Commercial Office Portfolio, working closely with the Asset Managers to develop and execute leasing strategies across a national portfolio of office assets.
Prior to IFM Investors, Craig spent seven years at ISPT in the same role. During his tenure, he played a key role in the successful repositioning and leasing of major projects, including 500 Bourke Street in Melbourne (48,000 sqm, achieving 95% leased within 18 months) and Pathway Place in Canberra (33,000 sqm, achieving 99% leased).
Craig’s career also includes senior roles at Folkestone Investment Management (later acquired by Charter Hall), where he managed a diverse range of commercial and social infrastructure assets, and at BlackRock Investment Management as National Head of Asset Management overseeing office, retail, and industrial portfolios. Earlier in his career, Craig spent 10 years with JLL in various positions, including General Manager of 240 Queen Street, Brisbane, and CBD office leasing in Melbourne.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Business (property) from RMIT and is a licensed estate agent.
