About Deborah

Deborah Kiers has worked for many years as a Non-Executive Director, Advisor and Consultant.
She was previously Chair of Tiverton Global Pty Ltd, a Non-Executive Director of ME Bank, the Bank of Queensland and Downforce Technologies Limited.
Deborah’s earlier consulting and advisory career spanned a wide range of industries including Financial Services, Energy and Resources, Industrials, Property, Infrastructure and Regulated Utilities, both in Australia and internationally.
As Managing Director and founding partner of JMW Consultants (Asia Pacific), her corporate support included strategy delivery, organisational transformation, leadership transition and development of CEOs/senior executives, and building synergies between strategy, culture and performance. She is currently a Director of Booked Pty Ltd.
Deborah has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from Melbourne University and a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard University.
Deborah is Chair of the IFM Board Responsible Investment and Sustainability Committee and a member of the Board Audit and Risk Committee.
