About Duncan
Duncan is Head of Property Analysis at IFM Investors, where he is a member of the Real Estate Leadership Team responsible for delivering analytical insights, strategic asset planning and performance forecasting across IFM’s diversified real estate portfolio.
Duncan brings over a decade of institutional real estate experience, with deep expertise across office, industrial, retail and build-to-rent sectors. He is focused on driving operational excellence, embedding data-driven decision-making frameworks and developing the next generation of property analysts to support IFM’s growth ambitions.
Prior to IFM, Duncan was a member of the Executive Leadership Team at 151 Property, Blackstone’s Australian real estate portfolio company, where he was responsible for analytics, valuations and strategic operations across a multi-sector platform. He has led teams of professionals, managed external valuation processes across all property sectors, and provided strategic counsel to C-suite executives and international investment committees.
Duncan holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Urban Development from Queensland University of Technology.
