About Josh
Josh is responsible for the origination, analysis, structure and execution of infrastructure investments, and the ongoing management of assets. Josh also has oversight for IFM Investors’ Australian financing activities, including IFM’s relationships with banks and institutional investors. Josh has worked on a number of IFM investments during his time at IFM, including Australia Pacific Airports Corporation (Melbourne Airport), Ausgrid, NT Airports and IFM’s social infrastructure portfolio. Josh has been a board member of NT Airports since 2022 and leads IFM’s efforts on the asset.
Prior to joining IFM, Josh worked at Federation Centers Australia and KPMG, specialising in corporate finance and financial services.
