Matthew is Head of Capital Works & Technical Services at IFM Investors, where he leads a team of professionals responsible for delivering major capital projects and providing technical oversight across IFM’s diversified real estate portfolio. His focus is on driving innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence through smart building systems and sustainability-related strategies.
Matthew brings over 20 years of experience in property and construction, having held senior roles at leading organizations including Mirvac, ADCO Constructions, and Lendlease. His expertise spans building services design, BIM integration, Green Star certification, and enterprise-wide sustainability initiatives. He has successfully delivered complex, multi-disciplinary projects across commercial, healthcare, retail, and residential sectors.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Construction Management & Property from the University of New South Wales.
