About Richard
Richard is responsible for leading IFM Investors’ Real Estate’s industrial and data centre transactions. With this, the unlocking of opportunity and value for clients is completed through origination, acquisitions, divestment and new investment product ideation.
Richard brings nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with six years each at Goodman Group and Dexus and a year at Charter Hall, having held senior roles in transactions, development, asset management and operations, primarily all focused within the industrial sector.
Richard holds a Bachelors degree in Property Economics from the University of Technology, Sydney and is part way through his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Macquarie Business School.
