About Rod
Rod has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry across all sectors, from landmark high-rise towers to large-scale urban regeneration projects. He has deep expertise in mixed-use, residential and commercial office developments.
In his current role as National Development Director – Major Projects & New Business, Rod leads the origination, structuring and delivery of complex, large-scale development opportunities, working closely with clients, government and key stakeholders with the goal to unlock value and manage risk across the project lifecycle.
Rod’s previous roles include Executive Development Director for the Central Barangaroo precinct in Sydney, and Project Director for the award-winning Darling Quarter precinct and the One Sydney Harbour luxury residential development designed by Renzo Piano.
Rod holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Building) from the University of Technology Sydney.
