About Timothy
Tim is responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of infrastructure investments at IFM Investors, and also manages IFM’s Swift Current Energy renewables platform. Tim brings a wealth of experience across many different infrastructure verticals, including renewable energy, transportation, water, social infrastructure and PPPs.
Before he joined IFM Investors, Tim was a Senior Vice President at Macquarie Capital in New York, where his roles included being seconded into Macquarie’s utility-scale solar development platform – Savion – as Chief Operating Officer, and also serving as Commercial Director for the Macquarie/Transurban joint venture developing the Maryland Express Lanes toll road project. Prior to joining Macquarie Capital, Tim was an attorney, focusing on project finance, infrastructure and M&A.
