About Tom
Tom is responsible for leading IFM Investors’ real estate development function nationally, unlocking existing assets' development potential and seeking an opportunistic pipeline to support long-term, sustainable returns for clients.
Tom brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, having held senior roles at ASX-listed property groups Lendlease and Mirvac for over 20 years. Prior to joining IFM Investors, Tom was the Head of Development at ISPT since 2023. Tom has extensive experience across multiple sectors and regions, including large scale multi-stage projects.
Tom holds a Bachelors degree in Building Construction Management from the University of New South Wales.
