About Tom
Thomas Yates is a Senior Associate in Infrastructure who joined IFM Investors in January 2024. He is involved in infrastructure origination, transactions and asset management, with a focus on investment analysis, market research, and the preparation of investment proposals and investor reporting.
Thomas works closely with portfolio companies including GlasfaserPlus and Air Rail, and has spent time on secondment with Air Rail, providing direct insight into asset-level operations and performance. Prior to joining IFM Investors, he worked at ORIX on infrastructure equity investments across Europe and began his career at HSBC, advising on infrastructure transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from New York University Abu Dhabi.
