Planned industrial estate in sought-after location
265 Dandenong Hastings Road marks the last remaining greenfield development site in the tightly held industrial precinct of Dandenong South. Spanning 62.42 hectares, and located beside a proposed intermodal facility, this future-ready estate offers 54.5 hectares of gross development area and will ultimately deliver over 282,000 square metres of premium warehouse space across 20 specialised assets. With stage one already planned to deliver 83,000 square metres across up to eight tenancies, the estate offers exceptional flexibility – capable of accommodating warehouses from 7,000 square metres to more than 80,000 square metres.
Situated alongside Western Port Highway and Portlink Drive, the site is strategically positioned for optimal connectivity to key arterials, the Melbourne CBD, and broader southeast industrial markets. The development places a strong emphasis on sustainability, with all warehouses targeting a GBCA 5 Star Green Star Buildings rating and incorporating solar PV systems, rainwater harvesting, EV charging and the use of recycled building materials. Aiming to reduce embodied carbon by 10%, this project will be a benchmark for sustainable development in Melbourne’s southeast. Subject to planning approvals, construction is expected to commence in early 2026.
