Parklands Estate is a well-established, multi-tenanted industrial estate in the heart of Rydalmere – just three kilometres from Parramatta Central Business District ("CBD") and 21 kilometres west of Sydney’s CBD. Spanning 10 hectares across eight buildings, the estate enjoys prominent frontage to South Street placing it in one of Central West Sydney’s most connected industrial corridors.

The 10-hectare site comprises eight buildings, that include 31 industrial units:

• 9-11 South Street is on the western side of the estate. It includes 11 units across three buildings, constructed between 2003 and 2006.

• 13 and 21 South Street includes eight units across four buildings.

• 23-29 South Street is on the south-eastern side of the estate. It includes 11 units across a single building.

Transport connectivity includes nearby ferry, light rail, and multiple bus and train links—plus direct access to key arterials connecting to the airport, just 18km away, Port Botany, 25km away and greater Sydney.
