About Andrew
Andrew Dean is Head of Strategic Planning and Execution for IFM Investors’ Real Estate business, where he partners with senior leadership to shape and implement strategic priorities that drive performance and long-term value. He leads cross-business process improvement and oversees the planning and execution of key projects to enhance operational effectiveness across the portfolio. Andrew is also a member of the Group Risk Committee.
Andrew’s experience spans over 15 years leading legal, risk and safety teams across the property industry throughout the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining IFM Investors, Andrew was Chief Legal, Risk & Safety Officer at ISPT, leading the governance, legal, risk and safety obligations of the business. He has also served as Head of Legal, Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield where he was accountable for the leadership, performance and development of the legal, risk and safety function across Asia Pacific as well as being a member of the Asia Pacific ExCo and Global Committees in the areas of HSE, Risk, Compliance and Commercial activity.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of International Relations from Deakin University.
