About Andrew
Andrew has over 20 years of experience in infrastructure and property funds management, asset management, and M&A. At IFM Investors, he works in close partnership with the Fund Manager (Executive Director, Funds Management) to shape and execute the strategy for IFM’s core real estate portfolio, providing strategic input into portfolio curation, development planning, capital allocation, debt financing, and project feasibility analysis. Andrew leads investor engagement, valuations, and reporting, while mentoring across the firm’s real estate team and representing the Fund in joint ventures and industry forums. His focus is on driving investment performance and delivering sustainable outcomes for clients.
Previously, Andrew was Acting Fund Manager and Deputy Fund Manager at where he helped navigate market disruptions, grow exposure to industrial property, and expand investments in health and education. Before ISPT, he spent over 12 years at Hastings Funds Management in senior roles in New York and Australia, including Head of Australian Asset Management, with extensive board experience across major Australian infrastructure assets.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) from the University of Melbourne and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
