John Dynon

John is responsible for implementing IFM Investors’ real estate strategy, encompassing over A$20 billion* in industrial, retail and social infrastructure, as well as health and education sectors. He leads a team of more than 130 investment professionals*, across a portfolio of over 120 properties* and in excess of 3 million square metres*.

Prior to joining IFM, John ran his own advisory business, bringing over 30 years of experience to institutional real estate providers, pension funds and global investors. He has chaired a range of investment committees and boards and executed over A$30 billion in domestic and cross border real estate transactions.

Previously, John held a number of senior management roles AMP Capital, including Head of Funds Management and Managing Director, Real Estate Origination and Capital.

He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and admission through the Barristers and Solicitors Admission Board.
