About Melissa
Melissa currently leads the investor relations function for IFM’s Real Estate business and is the Secretary of the Investor Committees for the Real Estate funds with a focus on client-orientated outcomes. Prior to joining IFM Investors, Melissa was the General Manager, Investor Relations for ISPT leading the investor relations function and managing relationships with over 30 institutional real estate investors.
Melissa has extensive financial services experience at a senior level working in APAC, UK and Benelux across the funds management, investment banking, consulting, and government spheres. Her key areas of focus and expertise include stakeholder engagement, business planning, institutional business development and client service across multi asset classes including real estate, infrastructure, equities, alternatives, and fixed income.
Melissa holds an MBA and Masters of Organisational Leadership from Melbourne Business School, Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
