About Nicole
Nicole has over 27 years of Property and Investment Management experience in the Funds Management industry, specialising in CBD office assets. Prior to joining IFM Investors, Nicole was Head of Portfolio (Office) at ISPT. She has experience building relationships with a range of tenant partners including both Federal and State Government, semi-Government departments and major private corporations, delivering effective solutions for both clients, partners and office communities.
Nicole is responsible for IFM’s office sector nationally, including asset management, workplace strategy, tenant partner experience and leasing.
Nicole’s passion for property is evident in her involvement with a vast array of projects, including development design, project leasing and conversion of developments to stable assets across Australia. More recently, Nicole has been involved in projects focused on adaptive reuse of older generation office towers to new generation workplaces.
Nicole currently sits on the Victorian Board of Advisors, Property Industry Foundation and the Property Council of Australia Divisional Council for Victoria and holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT University.
