About Sam
Sam leads the retail asset management and leasing team within the Real Estate sector and is responsible for implementing strategy and value creation across our national retail portfolio. Sam has worked on multiple acquisition opportunities including a large portfolio of Coles supermarket assets to establish a dedicated retail fund, along with several development projects in the CBD and sub regional assets.
Sam has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry with roles across the retail and office sectors in investment management, acquisitions, development, leasing and various leadership positions. Prior to joining IFM Investors, Sam was with ISPT for over 18 years working across both the office and retail sectors. Sam’s current role as Head of Portfolio (Retail) supports a team of 30 retail professionals nationally across a portfolio of 70+ assets.
Sam is a Board Member of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT University.
