Simon leads the management of a social infrastructure and commercial mandate fund for IFM Investors.
Simon has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, including prior Funds Management roles with ISPT, as well as the position of Senior Investment Analyst at Lonsec Research, where he was responsible for Unlisted assets (property and infrastructure), Managed funds (property securities) and Alternatives. Simon has a track record of accretive investment decisions and delivering above-market returns for clients.
Simon holds a Master of Business (Property) and a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University.
