About Steven
Steven is responsible for delivering the Real Estate Sustainability Strategy, including setting ambitious targets to drive positive change for all stakeholders.
Steven brings over 20 years of experience delivering green building performance and sustainability solutions within the built environment. He was responsible for spearheading ISPT’s sustainability agenda, overseeing the achievement of industry leading outcomes across the portfolio, prior to ISPT becoming a subsidiary of IFM Investors.
Steven is a Non-executive Director on the Cleaning Accountability Framework (CAF) Board, is a member of the Property Council of Australia National Sustainability Roundtable and has participated in various working groups such as the Green Building Council of Australia Expert Reference Panel and the NABERS Advisory Panel. In 2023, Steven was named a Green Building Council of Australia Green Star Champion and was awarded the inaugural Property Council of Australia ESG Award, acknowledging his expertise and excellence in the industry
