About Cara
Cara is an Executive Director of Business Acquisition and Integration at IFM Investors. Prior to this role, she was the Global Head of Investor Partnerships, having previously been product specialist for our Australian infrastructure capability . Cara initially joined IFM Investors in a legal role as a Commercial Associate in 2007 and was appointed Commercial Director in 2009. As Commercial Director, Cara was responsible for assisting the infrastructure team in the acquisition of assets in Europe, North America and Australia. At this time, Cara also specialised in financing, asset management and product development. Prior to joining IFM Investors, Cara worked at ME Bank as a Senior Analyst (Legal) in Capital Markets, where she was project manager for bond issuance in the US, Europe and Australia to fund the bank’s residential mortgage backed securities program. Previously, Cara was a Solicitor with Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Banking and Finance, focusing on corporate finance, securitisation, major projects and public private partnerships.
