About Renato
Renato is responsible for the origination and execution of infrastructure transactions and asset management of existing assets. He joined IFM Investors in its London office in 2015 and moved in 2023 to the newly established Milan office, Italy. He has been involved in a range of transactions, focusing on transport and energy assets across Europe. Renato worked on the successful acquisitions of a stake in Vienna Airport (Austria), Mersin Port (Turkey), Aqualia (Spain) and Baltic Hub (Poland). He led the efforts of IFM Investors’ investments in Italy, overseeing the successful acquisitions of a controlling stake in Autostrade Lombarde (Brebemi toll road, connecting Milan to Brescia) and SQ Renewables (ERG, leading European renewables platform).
Renato currently serves on the Board of Directors of Autostrade Lombarde, SQ Renewables and ERG.
Before joining IFM Investors, Renato worked for few years in an economic consulting firm, The Brattle Group. He holds a MSc in Finance and BSc in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
