About Scott
Scott Mosely is IFM Investors’ Head of Real Estate, overseeing a portfolio of office, industrial, retail and social infrastructure, as well as the health and education assets. In his role, Scott is responsible for IFM’s Real Estate investment strategy, development, portfolio performance and capital deployment.
Scott is an internationally experienced real estate executive with a nearly 30-year career across construction, development, funds management and investment capital markets. He has worked across Australia, Europe, the UK and Asia, building deep expertise in real estate investment, asset management, capital partnering and governance, and began his career as a project manager and site engineer.
Prior to joining IFM Investors, Scott served as Chief Executive Officer, Funds Management at Mirvac, where he was responsible for the company’s funds management platform and third-party capital partnerships. Before this, he held a range of senior leadership positions, including Managing Director, of Lendlease’s Australian funds management business, where he oversaw the firm’s multi-billion funds and asset management platform, and was Chief Investment Officer of Lendlease Europe.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Building Construction Management (Honours) and a Master of Applied Finance and Investment.
