Missenden Road, Camperdown

Missenden Road, Camperdown is strategically located between Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and the University of Sydney, within the rapidly evolving Camperdown Health, Education and Research Precinct and is the location for a proposed 30,000 square metre healthcare, life sciences and education facility. The proposed development is being designed to support a wide range of uses, including an acute private hospital, consulting suites, pathology and diagnostic services, commercial enterprises, medical research institutes, and education providers.

On completion, the project is intended to play a key role in supporting the future of healthcare and medical innovation. As Australia’s population ages – with more than one in five Australians expected to be over 65 by 2026 – the demand for high-quality health infrastructure continues to climb. This new hub aims to meet that need, while also fostering collaboration across some of the nation’s leading medical institutions and driving innovation, economic development and stronger community outcomes.
