Ashley Barker

Ash leads IFM’s Australian infrastructure M&A activities including the origination, structuring and execution of new investments. Ash has extensive experience in a variety of senior infrastructure, private equity and corporate roles including at Hastings Funds Management and Credit Suisse First Boston. Ash led IFM Investors’ successful Pacific Hydro, Ausgrid and Sydney Airport transactions. Ash is a board member of Ausgrid and Sydney Airport, and previously served as a board member of NSW Ports and NT Airports.
