Curtin University Student Accommodation

In 2019, Live-in Learning entered into a 35-year agreement with Curtin University to develop, operate, and maintain a purpose-built student accommodation precinct at Curtin’s Perth campus in Western Australia.

The concession, which runs until 2054, includes the management of existing facilities and the delivery of Curtin Exchange, a mixed-use precinct that became operational in January 2022. The precinct comprises over 2,000 student beds, 38 residential apartments, a 60-room hotel, commercial spaces and retail facilities.
