Perth CBD Courts (Western Liberty Group)

Western Liberty Group (WLG) operates and maintains the Perth CBD Law Courts in Western Australia. The District Court complex in Perth’s CBD opened in June 2008 after a $195 million development to create a new, purpose-built courts precinct that is a safe and welcoming environment for all court users. The PPP concession with the Western Australian State Government runs for a period of 24 years.

WLG and the State of Western Australia have collaborated through a Public Private Partnership to deliver on this vision.
