About Ming

Ming Long has over a decade of board experience with significant experience as a Chair, CEO and CFO leading listed and unlisted entities, through challenging and uncertain economic environments, and M&A activities. 

Ming is also currently a non-executive director of Telstra, QBE Insurance (Auspac) and the Committee for Economic Development in Australia (CEDA); and Chair of the Diversity Council Australia. She is also on ASIC’s Corporate Governance Consultative Committee and the Steering Committee for the AICD Climate Governance Initiative.  Ming was previously Chair of AMP Capital Funds Management Limited and the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. 

Ming has a Bachelor of Economics & Laws from the University of Sydney, and an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of Chief Executive Women.

Ming is a member of the IFM Board Audit and Risk Committee and Board People and Remuneration Committee. In 2020, Ming was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for her significant service to the financial and real estate sectors, and to diversity and inclusion.
