About Timothy
Timothy is responsible for the origination, analysis, structure and execution of infrastructure investments, along with the ongoing management of assets. Before he joined IFM Investors, Timothy was an analyst at KPMG, where he created and analyzed financial models for public-private partnership transactions and led feasibility studies.
Prior to this, Timothy was a Lieutenant, Combat Engineer Officer for the Australian Army Reserves and a Student Consultant with the CSIRO and Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research. Tim is a board member of Southern Cross Station, Defence HQ, Perth CBD Courts and Axiom Education.
